利用規約

本規約は、株式会社サウナ（以下「当社」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）および本ウェブサイト（tokyo357.com、以下「本サイト」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリまたは本サイトをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとします。
1. 使用許諾
当社は、利用者に対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的な目的で利用する、譲渡不能かつ非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリの著作権その他の知的財産権は当社に帰属し、本規約は利用者に所有権を移転するものではありません。
2. 禁止事項
本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為を禁止します。
- 本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
- 本アプリの再配布、貸与、販売、サブライセンス
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 当社または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
3. 料金
本アプリは無料で提供しています。アプリ内課金およびサブスクリプションはありません。App Store を通じた入手・アップデートに伴う通信料は利用者の負担となります。
4. データの保存と消失
本アプリのデータは利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリの削除、端末の初期化、機種変更などによりデータが失われた場合、当社はこれを復元できません。バックアップの取得は利用者の責任において行ってください。
5. 免責事項
当社は、本アプリおよび本サイトが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、期待する機能・正確性・有用性を有すること、および中断なく利用できることを保証しません。本アプリの利用により利用者に生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、当社は責任を負いません。
消費者契約法その他の強行法規により当社の責任を免除できない場合、当社の責任は法令が認める範囲に限定されます。
6. サービスの変更・終了
当社は、事前の通知なく本アプリおよび本サイトの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。これにより利用者に生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。
7. 本規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
8. 準拠法および管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリまたは本サイトに関して当社と利用者との間に紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms govern your use of the iOS applications published by Sauna Inc. (株式会社サウナ, "we") and of this website (tokyo357.com). By using either, you agree to these terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps for personal purposes in accordance with these terms. We retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the apps; these terms transfer no ownership to you.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps, nor redistribute, lend, sell, or sublicense them.
3. Price
Our apps are free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Any data charges for downloading or updating through the App Store are yours.
4. Your data
App data is stored only on your device. If it is lost through deleting the app, resetting your device, or switching devices, we cannot restore it. Keeping backups is your responsibility.
5. Disclaimer
Our apps and this website are provided as they are. We do not warrant that they will suit any particular purpose, that they will be accurate or uninterrupted. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from their use. Where mandatory law does not permit such exclusion, our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
6. Changes and discontinuation
We may change or discontinue our apps and this website without prior notice.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Revised terms take effect when published on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction of first instance over any dispute arising from them.
