株式会社サウナ（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するiOSアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）および本ウェブサイト（tokyo357.com）における個人情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。
本アプリは個人情報を一切収集しません。通信を行わず、アカウント登録もなく、解析ツールも広告も使用していません。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。氏名、メールアドレス、生年月日、電話番号、住所、位置情報、連絡先、写真、端末識別子（IDFA等）のいずれも取得しません。アカウント登録やログインの仕組みもありません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
ゲームの進行状況や設定など、アプリの動作に必要な情報は利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらが当社や第三者に送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も端末から削除され、当社が復元することはできません。
3. 通信
本アプリはインターネット通信を行いません。オフライン環境でも全機能をご利用いただけます。
4. 解析ツール・広告・トラッキング
本アプリは、アクセス解析ツール、広告配信、行動追跡（トラッキング）技術のいずれも使用していません。Appleの App Tracking Transparency に基づくトラッキング許可の要求も行いません。
5. 第三者への提供
当社は情報を収集しないため、個人情報を第三者へ提供・販売・共有することはありません。
6. お子様の利用について
本アプリは全年齢を対象としており、いかなる個人情報も収集しません。保護者の方の同意なく子供の情報が当社に渡ることはありません。
7. 本ウェブサイトについて
本ウェブサイト（tokyo357.com）では、アクセス解析ツールおよび広告目的のCookieを使用していません。閲覧のみであれば、当社が個人を識別できる情報を取得することはありません。
8. お問い合わせをいただいた場合
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合に限り、返信のためにメールアドレスとお問い合わせ内容をお預かりします。これらはお問い合わせへの対応の目的にのみ使用し、対応の完了後は原則として1年以内に削除します。ご本人からの求めがあれば、開示・訂正・削除に応じます。
9. 安全管理措置
お預かりしたお問い合わせ内容は、担当者を限定したうえで適切に管理し、漏えい・滅失・毀損の防止に努めます。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
法令の変更やサービス内容の変更に伴い、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページに変更後の内容と最終更新日を掲載します。

Sauna Inc. (株式会社サウナ, "we") provides the iOS applications described on this site. This policy explains how we handle personal information in those apps and on this website (tokyo357.com).
1. Information we collect
Our apps collect no personal information. We do not collect names, email addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, addresses, location data, contacts, photos, or device identifiers such as the IDFA. There is no account or login.
2. Information stored on your device
Data required for the app to work, such as game progress and settings, is stored only on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party. Deleting the app deletes this data permanently, and we cannot restore it.
3. Network access
Our apps make no network requests. All features work offline.
4. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
We use no analytics tools, no advertising, and no tracking technologies. We do not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt because we do not track users.
5. Sharing with third parties
Because we collect no information, we do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties.
6. Children
Our apps are suitable for all ages and collect no personal information from anyone, including children.
7. This website
This website uses no analytics tools and no advertising cookies. Simply browsing it does not give us any personally identifiable information about you.
8. If you contact us
If you email us, we retain your email address and the contents of your message solely to respond to you. We delete this within one year of resolving your enquiry. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of this information at any time.
9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as our services or applicable law change. Material changes will be published on this page along with a revised "last updated" date.
